Heidi De Souza, MPH

Heidi is a senior healthcare data scientist who has a background in healthcare data analytics, health services research, and quality improvement. She has dedicated most of her career to working with multidisciplinary teams to identify data-informed insights and solutions for improving the quality and costs of healthcare systems.

Before joining ADVI, Heidi worked as a director of client analytics at Evolent Health. As director, she leveraged Medicaid medical and pharmacy claims and other clinical data to generate state regulatory reporting, support ad-hoc analyses, and provide healthcare economics and outcomes analyses that identified cost-savings opportunities for health plans. Heidi has additional experience working for Children’s Hospital Association where she served as a research analyst providing health services research and quality improvement data analyses.

Heidi has a Master of Public Health in behavioral science and hospital epidemiology from Rollins School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts in music and global health from Emory University.
