Life at ADVI Health:

Hillary oversees a portfolio of work for biopharmaceutical and provider clients pertaining to Medicare payment policies, especially in the realm of value-based payment initiatives.

Life Pre-ADVI Health:

Hillary served as the Director of the Division of Ambulatory Payment Models at the CMS Innovation Center overseeing the implementation of the Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) and the Oncology Care Model (OCM) as well as the development of drug pricing model efforts.

Life Beyond ADVI Health:

Hillary lives outside of Washington D.C. with her husband, two kids, and their two rescue dogs. She spends most of her free time chasing around her toddlers and dogs, but also loves traveling, reading, podcasts, and exploring local restaurants.

 

Full Bio

Hillary was formerly the director of the Division of Ambulatory Payment Models at the CMS Innovation Center (CMMI). Hillary oversaw the Division’s work implementing physician specialty models including the Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) and previously the Oncology Care Model (OCM). While in this role, Hillary served as the CMS representative advising the Biden Administration’s Cancer Moonshot Patients and Caregivers Taskforce. During her tenure at CMMI, Hillary led model development work on various Medicare drug pricing efforts including the Most Favored Nations (MFN) Model and the International Pricing Index (IPI) Model. She also worked in the CMS Office of Legislation serving as a technical expert for the analysis of legislation relating to Medicare Part B coverage and payment policy issues.

Prior to CMS, Hillary worked at Washington Council Ernst & Young providing legislative and regulatory strategic advisory services to a broad range of healthcare clients. She also worked at Avalere Health providing health policy and data analysis for payers, biopharmaceutical companies, and patient advocacy groups.

Hillary earned her Master of Arts in health policy from the University of Chicago and her Bachelor of Arts from the College of William & Mary.
