Krissy Flemister, PharmD

Kristine Flemister is a seasoned market access professional with over 25 years of experience developing and delivering professional services for the pharmaceutical industry. She currently holds the position of Vice President, Client Partnerships with ADVI Health. ADVI Health partners with organizations to navigate the increasingly complex landscape of healthcare policy, market access, reimbursement, evidence generation, and stakeholder engagement. By combining strategic insight, deep subject-matter expertise, and practical execution, we help clients make informed decisions and achieve meaningful business and patient outcomes.

Kristine’s dedication to demonstrating and communicating the value of pharmaceuticals is evident in her experience leading market access/HEOR projects across various therapeutic areas, including mental health, oncology, rare diseases, cardiology, and immunology. Her expertise encompasses both market access and HEOR across various project types including formulary dossiers/GVDs, PIE and HCEI strategy and field-based tools, evidence generation planning, HEOR strategy, payer value propositions, market assessments, competitive intelligence, and staffing augmentation/support.

Kristine co-founded the global market access company Xcenda in 1994 and held several leadership roles, including VP of Medical Communications, SVP of Operations, and President. As President from 2017 to 2022, she oversaw strategic planning, business operations, fiscal management, and a team of more than 700 professionals across North America and Europe.

As a leader, Kristine brings a unique blend of innovative thinking, operational excellence, and a focus on company culture to every internal and customer engagement, resulting in an exceptional customer experience. She holds a PharmD from Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy and completed a Residency at The Medical Center Columbus, Georgia.
