As President of ADVI Health, Lori drives the firm’s strategic growth, operational excellence, and organizational infrastructure. She is focused on building scalable capabilities, high-performing teams, and sustainable business operations that enable ADVI to help clients solve complex commercialization, market access, and policy challenges through data-driven strategy and execution.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience, including over two decades dedicated to life sciences and healthcare, Lori is a proven executive known for building high-performing organizations, driving operational excellence, and scaling businesses for sustainable growth. Prior to joining ADVI Health, she served as Chief Operating Officer at a global MedTech CRO and consulting firm where she led global consulting operations, talent development, and strategic infrastructure growth. Under her leadership, the consulting organization consistently achieved exceptional client satisfaction and industry-leading customer retention rates while expanding its capabilities and global reach.

Lori’s expertise spans organizational strategy, operational transformation, consulting services, and business growth across both public and private equity-backed environments. Throughout her career, she has led teams recognized for excellence, growth, and workplace culture, earning accolades including Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA), Inc. 5000, Pittsburgh’s Fastest Growing Service Company, and multiple Best Place to Work honors.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Psychology from Clarion University and an MBA from Chatham University. She also earned an Executive Leadership Program certification from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
