Rose Kesselman, MPH

Rose is a healthcare policy professional with expertise in pharmaceutical pricing, coverage, and reimbursement across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. At ADVI Health, she supports clients in navigating federal and state policy developments, with a focus on pharmaceuticals, biologics, and cell and gene therapies.

Before joining ADVI, Rose was a senior associate at Berkeley Research Group, where she advised on healthcare transactions, analyzed policy impacts, and developed client-facing publications. She has also worked with Elevance Health’s Government and State Affairs team, tracking state and federal healthcare legislation, and with Soapy Care in Tel Aviv, where she researched and promoted global public health initiatives.

Rose holds both a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy from the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health.
