Victoria Rose, MHRM

Victoria brings a wealth of experience at the intersection of human resources, organizational strategy, and communications. As vice president of people and talent, she leads initiatives that strengthen ADVI’s culture, advance talent development, and build scalable people programs for a fast-growing consulting environment. Her role includes driving strategic workforce planning, refining compensation and benefits structures, launching leadership development frameworks, and partnering with executive and private equity stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and people priorities.

Before joining ADVI, Victoria held key leadership roles at a global MedTech CRO and consulting firm, where she led enterprise-wide culture transformation, merger and acquisition integration, and the development of scalable people and talent strategies. Her work spanned all facets of human capital, driving employee engagement, organizational design, leadership development, and talent acquisition initiatives that supported rapid global growth and long-term business sustainability.

Vicky earned a Master of Human Resource Management and a BA in Professional Writing from La Roche University.
