To support the pre-launch reimbursement planning for a global pharmaceutical client’s novel orphan drug with multiple uses – including maternal fetal – ADVI developed a payor plan, a reimbursement landscape, as well as a coding strategy. Medicaid and maternal fetal health programs were evaluated to determine relative impact on drug adoption at launch. Interviews were conducted with clinicians, patients, payers, and patient advocacy representatives.
