Mental Health Drug
Reviewed all 50 states and the District of Columbia for enacted state laws and regulations related to coverage, cost-sharing and other protections for mental health prescription drugs. Examples of state policies analyzed include requirements to cover all FDA-approved mental health products without utilization management, fee-for-service or managed care carve-outs for mental health drugs, generic substitution requirements specific to mental health drugs, and provider reimbursement for drug-specific case management.
