ADVI was tasked with helping a client identify the optimal value proposition and market access options that would maximize the pricing and reimbursement potential of a new compound. We designed, planned, executed and moderated two payer workshops in conjunction with AMCP annual meetings. This helped the client: design marketing and clinical trial strategies to deliver data to support drug value; understand reimbursement acceptance of the target product profile, given evolution of indications and restrictive payer policies; and identify appropriate clinical and pharmacoeconomic endpoints designed to optimize both speed and likelihood of reimbursement/formulary listing.
