Commercial Contracting Process, Evaluations, and Metrics
ADVI helped a client understand the different ways of looking at account performance, plus embed contracting metrics into the contracting process. To do so, ADVI redesigned contract reports into a useful marketing-type tool rather than a financial scorecard; developed frequency of reporting metrics for the various contract reports to allow for continued production; introduced graphic ways of tracking contract performance; standardized field data into an expected results metric for measurement purposes; and commenced business reviews that included the redesigned contract reports.
