Launch Roadmap for a Novel Vaccine
A global pharmaceutical client asked ADVI to support the launch of a novel vaccine with multiple intended uses. ADVI reviewed and consolidated all internal research and brand strategies to identify key market insights and knowledge gaps, and also developed brand strategic imperatives to guide the product launch. ADVI and its global partner iWisdom then facilitated a one-day Northstar workshop with the company to synthesize, validate, and enhance the brand strategic imperatives. The team also developed fit-for-purpose launch planning templates that reflected the brand’s strategic imperatives, including horizon scanning 3-5 years out using ADVI’s FUTURESCAPE horizon scanning tool. ADVI worked with each brand team to synthesize launch roadmaps that outlined opportunities, challenges, risks, and mitigation plans for all launch-related activities across intended uses.
