Peter Kardel, MA

Peter’s masteries in Medicare Parts A, B, and D; Medicare Advantage; and Medicaid healthcare claims allow ADVI clients to gain expert insight into how potential new policies could affect reimbursement for their drugs and other services. 

Before joining ADVI, Peter was a Data Scientist at IT start-up CareJouney.  He also spent four years as a Senior Associate for The Moran Company, a Medicare consulting firm based in the DC-area. In these roles, he utilized federal databases to model how legislation could impact the federal budget, and performed research on health outcomes for various disease states and medications covered by Medicare and private insurance. Peter was also a senior researcher for Health Analytics LLC where his focus was analyzing commercial claims databases.  He also spent time at NeuroScience LLC as a clinical trial site manager.

Peter received his B.A. in psychology and minor in chemistry from Wake Forest University, and his master’s in psychology with a focus on behavior, cognition, and neuroscience from American University.
