ADVI Health Welcomes Lori Smith-Sakalousky as President

ADVI Health is thrilled to announce the appointment of Lori Smith-Sakalousky, MBA, as its new president, who will be responsible for employee leadership and development and the strategic growth of ADVI’s Solutions infrastructure. In partnership with Marc Samuels, ADVI’s CEO, and Chris Wittwer, ADVI’s CFO, Lori will focus on ADVI’s vision to be the leading go-to-market partner for life sciences innovators worldwide as the team continues to transform and support life sciences innovation that improves human health and results in better global patient outcomes. 

Lori brings over 20 years of leadership experience in life sciences and professional services, with a proven operational excellence and client satisfaction track record. Before joining ADVI, she served as Chief Operating Officer at RQM+ for 12 years, where she developed and implemented an operational model centered on people, processes, and tools, driving global scalability and operational efficiency. Under her leadership, RQM+ consistently achieved exceptional client satisfaction scores and a 90 percent repeat customer rate. Lori’s focus on employee leadership and development was instrumental in RQM+ being recognized by Pittsburgh Business Times as one of the “Best Places to Work” for three consecutive years.

Lori holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Psychology from Clarion University, an MBA from Chatham University, and an Executive Leadership Program certificate from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt. Lori has guided teams to multiple awards throughout her career, including Industry Week’s Best Plants, Association for Manufacturing Excellence’s Manufacturing Excellence award, and the Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000 Award.
