Patients Saw Minimal Decreases in Out-of-Pocket Costs

Across the initial 10 IPAY 2026 drugs, patient out-of-pocket expenses decreased by an average of only $10.51 per prescription, a 6.2% decrease from Q1 2025 to Q1 2026.

Out-of-Pocket Costs Increased for Some MFP Drugs

While patient costs decreased overall, out-of-pocket costs increased for some MFP drugs from Q1 2025 to Q1 2026, including a 12.5% increase for Imbruvica.

Total Spending and Claim Volume Decreased Across MFP Drugs

From Q1 2025 to Q1 2026, total prescription spending across MFP drugs decreased by more than 60% each month, while total claim volume also declined.
