Life at ADVI Health:

As a member of the reimbursement team, Kenzie strives to realize the client’s vision across the full reimbursement life cycle. She is involved in strategy for both diagnostics and devices, including coding, coverage, and payment.

Life Pre-ADVI Health:

Prior to life at ADVI, Kenzie completed several internships in the Biotech space, including at companies Phoenix Molecular Designs, Hologic, Miltenyi Biotech, and Freenome. Following these positions, she embarked on as a Market Access consultant, working primarily with Precision Medicine and Oncology clients.

Life Beyond ADVI Health:

Kenzie enjoys painting, cooking, and exploring the San Francisco Bay Area with friends and family. She is an animal lover and has two wonderful cats, one of which she is a caretaker for due to chronic illness.

At ADVI Health, Kenzie contributes to the reimbursement team and strives to support the client’s vision. She is involved in projects that span the full life cycle of reimbursement, including coding, coverage, and payment. Like many others at ADVI, this is more than a career for Kenzie. She is reminded daily that the work is grounded in helping real patients. Kenzie believes that access to lifesaving innovations is limitless with the collaboration of industry and the ADVI team.

Prior to life at ADVI, Kenzie completed several internships in the biotech space, including at Phoenix Molecular Designs, Hologic, Miltenyi Biotech, and Freenome. At these respective companies, she was focused on patient access, marketing, and medical affairs.

Following these positions, she began as a market access consultant, working primarily with Precision Medicine and Oncology clients. Her work with Phoenix Molecular Designs involved patient recruitment efforts for a phase 2 clinical trial and navigating landscape changes following the Inflation Reduction Act. For her precision medicine clients, Kenzie has worked across the life cycle on blood-based biomarkers, from quality measures to developing Medicare Advantage inclusion strategies to reimbursement.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from UCSD in Global Health and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy from the Keck School of Medicine of USC.
