As the people and talent director at ADVI, Kim is responsible for shaping the company’s human resources strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. By implementing innovative recruitment practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, Kim ensures that the organization remains competitive in today’s dynamic business landscape.
Life Pre-ADVI Health:
Kim Mote has over 20 years of broad talent management and HR operations experience primarily with private equity-backed healthcare organizations. Most recently, she served as the national director of physician recruiting and interim VP of human resources while the organization searched for a CHRO.
Life Beyond ADVI Health:
Kim enjoys playing golf, traveling, and cheering her daughters on from the sidelines of the court. She is an avid Dallas Mavericks fan, but a Dallas Cowboys fan by marriage only.

Kim Mote has over 20 years of broad talent management and HR operations experience primarily with private equity-backed healthcare organizations. Most recently, she served as the national director of physician recruiting and Interim VP of human resources while the organization searched for a CHRO. Before joining Comprehensive Eyecare partners, Kim led the talent acquisition and management efforts at Springstone. Kim has also served as a talent leader at Concentra, and Medical Edge.
Kim enjoys working with business leaders to identify talent gaps within an organization and building high-performing teams that directly contribute to an organization’s success. She has driven many HR projects that have led to increased efficiency and engagement, with successful outcomes.
Kim attended Stephen F. Austin University, and currently lives in Dallas, TX with her husband Danny, and three daughters.
