Life Pre-ADVI Health:
Victoria’s career spans the healthcare, life sciences, and MedTech industries, where she has led transformative initiatives across people strategy, culture, and employee experience. For the past decade, she served in a global MedTech CRO and consulting firm operating within a private equity–backed environment. During this time, she played a pivotal role in driving large-scale organizational growth and integration, leading change management efforts, strengthening leadership capability, and advancing a high-performance culture across a global workforce. Her experience building scalable people and communication frameworks through rapid expansion provides a strong foundation for her leadership at ADVI Health.
Life Beyond ADVI Health:
Beyond her corporate career, Victoria founded The Izzie Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that no family dog is surrendered or euthanized because of the cost of lifesaving medical care. Her commitment to purpose-driven work extends beyond the workplace, guided by compassion and a desire to create meaningful impact. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and their dog Teddy while supporting community causes close to their hearts.
