Dylan Davis, PhD

Dylan is a senior healthcare data scientist with a strong background in medical and pharmacy claims analytics and quality measures, as well as creating Excel-based user input models to test various contracting strategies. Dylan’s understanding of Medicare Part B reimbursement allows ADVI clients to gain insight into how contracting strategies could affect provider reimbursement for their drugs.

Before joining ADVI, Dylan was a senior research scientist at Avalere Health. In this role, she leveraged Medicare Fee for Service, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial claims data to generate insights into drug utilization, stakeholder cost sharing, patient demographics and social determinants of health, and payer coverage for pharmaceutical clients. She also created average sales price (ASP) forecasting models to help clients strategize various contracting scenarios at launch and throughout the life cycle of drugs. Prior to Avalere, Dylan served as a consultant at The Lewin Group. She has experience evaluating CMMI alternative payment models (Oncology Care Model) as well as outpatient quality measures.

Dylan earned her PhD in cognitive neuroscience from the City University of New York and BS in biomedical sciences from the University of Oklahoma.
