Life at ADVI Health:

With ADVI, Dr. Osipenko shares her expertise in clinical data integrity, health policy, applied clinical research, and clinical trial design to inform best practices for clients.

Life Pre-ADVI Health:

Dr. Osipenko led Scientific Advice at the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence in the UK between 2014 and 2018.

Life Beyond ADVI Health:

In 2019 Dr. Osipenko established Consilium Scientific, a non-profit research organization focused on driving policy change. She is also a CEO of a consulting group MedGeist which provides two key services: 1) quality assurance of economic models developed for reimbursement and 2) HTA Evidence Generation Advice. Dr. Osipenko is a Senior Visiting Fellow in Health at the London School of Economics, where she was also a Senior Lecturer from 2018 to 2021. She is a Visiting Fellow at the Center for Global Development.

Full Bio

With her advisory work at ADVI, Dr. Osipenko focuses on examining the status quo of clinical research through quality improvement, transparency, and methodological rigor. Her interests include clinical data integrity, health policy, applied clinical research, and clinical trial design.

After her doctoral studies in the United States, Dr. Osipenko moved to the United Kingdom and worked as Senior Research Fellow at the University of Warwick Medical School. She then joined a public sector consultancy, Optimity Matrix, where she was a Principal Economist.

Dr. Osipenko also led the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Scientific Advice between 2014 and 2018, where she chaired over 150 advisory meetings. During those years she represented NICE as a chief analyst at the Department of Health Appraisal Alignment Working Group. She also spent time at the European Medicines Agency, where she provided methodological, operational, and strategic leadership.

She earned her PhD in Systems Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology (New Jersey, USA), following her MA in Technology Management from Syracuse University.
