Amanda designs real-world evidence studies that provide clients with valuable insights through the analysis of health insurance claims, electronic health records, and survey data.
Life Pre-ADVI Health:
Before joining ADVI, Amanda’s research focused on improving maternal health outcomes, measuring healthcare costs and utilization during pregnancy, and evaluating the impact of state-level health policy programs.
Life Beyond ADVI Health:
Amanda enjoys trying new recipes and exploring nature through bird watching.
Full Bio
In her previous work, Amanda has led projects intending to improve maternal health outcomes, measure healthcare costs and utilization during pregnancy, and evaluate the impact of state-level health policy programs. Before obtaining her PhD, Amanda worked as a registered nurse in clinical trials and as a research assistant in community health research and cost-effectiveness research.
Amanda earned her PhD in Health Policy with a concentration in evaluative sciences and statistics from Harvard University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Louisville.
