Life at ADVI Health:

At ADVI, Rose helps clients navigate the complex healthcare policy landscape, with a focus on pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and cell and gene therapy issues. She researches and analyzes policy developments across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, covering topics like drug pricing, coverage, and reimbursement.

Life Pre-ADVI Health:

Prior to joining ADVI, Rose was a senior associate in the Healthcare Transactions and Strategy practice at Berkeley Research Group, where she analyzed federal healthcare policy and its implications for buy- and sell-side transactions. She earned both her BS in Public Health and her MPH in Health Policy from the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health, completing her bachelor’s degree in 2023 and her master’s in 2024.

Life Beyond ADVI Health:

Rose is usually walking her labradoodle, Sophie, around DC, playing pickleball, or wandering the aisles of Costco. She loves trying out new restaurants with friends, hosting dinner parties, and catching up on her favorite reality TV shows.

Rose is a healthcare policy professional with expertise in pharmaceutical pricing, coverage, and reimbursement across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. At ADVI Health, she supports clients in navigating federal and state policy developments, with a focus on pharmaceuticals, biologics, and cell and gene therapies.

Before joining ADVI, Rose was a senior associate at Berkeley Research Group, where she advised on healthcare transactions, analyzed policy impacts, and developed client-facing publications. She has also worked with Elevance Health’s Government and State Affairs team, tracking state and federal healthcare legislation, and with Soapy Care in Tel Aviv, where she researched and promoted global public health initiatives.

Rose holds both a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy from the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health.
