Alicia Silver, MPP
Alicia has over a decade of experience in health policy, reimbursement and market access focused on bone marrow transplant and cell and gene therapy across many indications. Before joining ADVI, Alicia led many Medicare coverage and reimbursement initiatives as well as commercial readiness efforts with hospitals and all payers. Earlier in her career, Alicia led a Health Economics & Market Access team for a cell therapy device manufacturer, looking at automation efficiencies and transfusion medicine. Alicia also led a Health Policy and Reimbursement team at the National Marrow Donor Program/Be The Match. Alicia is passionate about improving access to life-changing therapies by weaving together complex health policy, reimbursement strategies and the patient story.
Alicia holds a Masters of Public Policy degree from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs, a Certificate in Business Strategy from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
